Friends had previously stayed at the Hotel Iliovasilema and recommended it as a great find. We agree! The hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms, though small, are absolutely spotless. The air conditioning worked beautifully and there was free Wi-Fi. My only criticism was that the bed was rather hard.We travelled in a party of 6 and loved meeting up on the balcony area for pre-dinner drinks. The hotel is in a great location, being very close to the beach and just a short walk to what I would describe as the main town. What I think is referred to as the main square is however just a couple of minutes away and has plenty of places to eat. There are also a whole host of excellent places to eat and drink on the beach. We also had some really great food in the town.The owner, George, was extremely accommodating in picking up two separate parties from the ferry when we arrived. He also took us all back to the port on departure.The pool area was absolutely spotless, though extremely under utilised – I’m assuming that people went down to the beach.All in all, a great little hotel
